Job summary

Park Hyatt Jakarta seeks a Technician Kitchen Equipment to maintain and repair kitchen fixtures and appliances in a luxury hotel setting. The role requires blueprint reading, carpentry and mechanical skills, and coordination with housekeeping and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position at a 5-star international hotel chain.
• Luxury hotel or international experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and business acumen.
• English proficiency is a plus.
• Strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with management, employees, and guests.
• Perform stain-grade carpentry, trim work, doors, windows, and related tasks.
• Read blueprints and estimate material requirements.
• Operate woodworking machines and electrical hand tools.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and assist with preventive maintenance.
