Job summary

Raffles Jakarta seeks a skilled Technician to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other systems in the residences. You will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to guest requests or emergencies to ensure comfort and safety.

You will collaborate with other departments to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption, participate in the installation and setup of new equipment, and uphold the luxury standards that define the Raffles hospitality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or electronics preferred.
• Internship or experience in a hotel or upscale residences.
• Strong adaptability, communication, and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair technical systems in the residences; troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance; respond to guest requests and emergencies.
• Assist in installation and setup of new equipment; coordinate with other departments to avoid disruptions.
• Ensure safety and uphold high hospitality standards.
