• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and identify new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, property management companies, retail businesses, and commercial spaces.
• Proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, with strong networking capabilities.
