Job summary

Park Hyatt Jakarta is seeking an experienced F&B Trainer to develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the Food & Beverage Department, driving service standards and guest satisfaction. You will lead onboarding, product knowledge, and upselling training across all F&B outlets.

You will conduct quality audits, provide coaching, and track progress, ensuring compliance with hotel and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Indonesian nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Business Management.
• Experience with an international luxury hotel brand preferred.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills required.
• Strong leadership and business acumen; guest service focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute departmental training plans for all F&B employees.
• Conduct orientation, onboarding, and skills training for new hires.
• Deliver training on service standards, product knowledge, upselling techniques, guest engagement, and procedures.
• Conduct refresher training to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Identify training needs through observations, audits, guest feedback, and performance reviews.
• Maintain training records and individual training progress.
• Monitor and evaluate service standards; drive quality audits and coaching.
