The successful candidate will liaise with clients, planners, venues, and vendors, translating designs into actionable plans for production and on-site teams. A strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in wedding decoration, event production, or related field.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate wedding decoration projects from preparation, setup, event day, until dismantling.
• Communicate with clients, wedding planners, venues, vendors, production teams, and decoration crew.
• Translate concepts into clear execution plans for production and onsite teams.
• Prepare project timelines, checklists, schedules, and production requirements.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, transportation, equipment, and installation schedules.
• Conduct venue/site inspections and ensure all technical and decoration requirements are prepared.
• Monitor installation and dismantling on event day and ensure designs are delivered as approved.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and post-event evaluation.
