Job summary

Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts is seeking a Horizon Club Manager to lead guest services and oversee the Horizon Club Lounge operations. This role requires strong F&B expertise, luxury service standards, and proven leadership in premium guest experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a hotel background with 5–7 years in F&B or hotel operations, including 2–3 years in supervisory roles, and fluency in English to interact with a diverse guest profile.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Hotel Management or relevant background.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in F&B or hotel operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong F&B background, with solid knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, menu knowledge, and beverage service.
• Proven experience in managing Executive Lounge, Club Lounge, or premium guest services is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of guest relations and luxury service standards, with the ability to create personalized and memorable guest experiences.
• Experienced in team leadership, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of F&B cost control, inventory management, and operational procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily operations, events, and multiple priorities.
• Passionate about hospitality, F&B, and delivering service excellence.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
