Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Store Manager to lead a luxury fashion boutique in South Jakarta. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage a boutique team, and maintain premium customer experiences.

You will build strong client relationships through high-end clienteling, ensure impeccable visual merchandising, and coordinate with head office for reporting and operations. Strong leadership and English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail management.
• Experience in sales management, customer engagement, and retail operations.
• Familiarity with luxury KPIs and clienteling strategies.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-service orientation.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations and luxury customer service.
• Drive store sales and achieve KPIs (Sales Turnover, ATV, UPT, AUR, retention).
• Build client relationships through luxury clienteling strategies.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop store staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and after-sales service.
• Coordinate store reporting with head office.
