Responsibilities

• Lead daily boutique operations and ensure luxury customer service.
• Drive store sales, manage KPIs, and improve customer retention.
• Clientele building and premium service delivery.
• Oversee visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
• Coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and after-sales service quality.
• Coordinate reporting with head office teams.
