Job summary

PT AJEINDONESIA membuka posisi Purchasing Staff (Beverage Manufacturing). Tugas utama meliputi pembelian bahan baku dan kemasan untuk produksi, evaluasi pemasok, negosiasi harga, dan pembuatan PO.

Kandidat lulusan D3/S1, fresh graduate diterima, menguasai Excel dasar, teliti, inisiatif tinggi, mampu bekerja mandiri maupun tim, serta mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan belajar cepat.

Qualifications

• Lulusan Diploma/D3 atau Sarjana (S1) di jurusan apa saja (diutamakan Manajemen, Akuntansi, Teknik Industri).
• Fresh graduates dipersilakan melamar.
• Penguasaan dasar Excel dan kemampuan analitis yang baik diperlukan.
• Teliti, memiliki inisiatif tinggi, mampu bekerja mandiri maupun tim, serta memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.

Responsibilities

• Memproses pembelian bahan baku dan kemasan untuk produksi.
• Mencari dan mengevaluasi pemasok berdasarkan harga, kualitas, dan ketepatan pengiriman.
• Negosiasi harga, syarat pembayaran, dan kontrak dengan pemasok.
• Membuat Purchase Order (PO) dan memantau kelengkapan dokumen.
• Menyediakan bahan baku agar produksi berjalan tanpa gangguan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan PPIC, gudang, dan QC terkait kebutuhan material.
• Memantau jadwal pengiriman dan kedatangan barang tepat waktu.
• Memverifikasi dokumen pembelian dan kecocokannya dengan barang diterima.
• Mengelola database pemasok dan catatan harga.
• Menyusun laporan pembelian secara berkala.

Requirements:

1. 1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Management, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)

Job Description:

1. 1. Handle purchasing of raw materials and Packaging Material for production (e.g., beverage ingredients, bottles, packaging, labels, etc.)
2. 2. Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery performance
3. 3. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers
4. 4. Create and process Purchase Orders (PO)
5. 5. Ensure availability of raw materials to support uninterrupted production
6. 6. Coordinate with PPIC, warehouse, and quality control teams regarding material requirements and specifications
7. 7. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time arrival of goods
8. 8. Verify purchasing documents and ensure they match received goods
9. 9. Maintain and update supplier database and pricing records
10. 10. Prepare regular purchasing reports
