Job summary

Indofood Group is seeking an Assistant General Accounting Supervisor to support invoicing verification, payment documentation, asset recording, and cost allocations. The role requires attention to detail and integrity, with readiness to prepare adjusting journals and financial statements in line with standards.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, and fresh graduates are welcome. Willingness to be placed in multiple unit plans across Jakarta, Tangerang, and Purwakarta is

Responsibilities

• Assist General Accounting Supervisor in verifying invoices and preparing payment documents and their supporters.
• Record company assets and collect cost allocations.
• Make adjusting journals and ensure accuracy of postings.
• Print financial statements and ensure procedures are carried out properly according to standards.
• Collaborate with other units to ensure timely and compliant financial processes.

Job description

Assist General Accounting Supervisor in verifying invoices, preparing documents payments and their supporters, record company assets, collect cost allocations, make adjusting journals, and print financial statements and ensure that procedures are carried out properly good and correct so that the accounting process is obtained according to standards

General Required 

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree(S1) in Accounting.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Proactive, high integrity, risk focus, and attention to detail.

Required Skill(s): Familiar with Microsoft Office, Web Browsing, SAP and have excellent skill in Accounting Ssytem & Procedure, Billing, MIRO SAP, Financial Reporting.
