Qualifications

• Associate's Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze market data and trends to assist in development of sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions, provide information, and evaluate their needs.
• Manage marketing content, including advertising materials, brochures and other promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Provide availability of cost estimation data for customer needs.
• Provide availability of data for preparing weekly sales activity reports.
• Provide availability of data for building the prospect customer database.
• Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including risk documentation and control.
• Foster commitment to understand and adhere to all Integrated Management System requirements.
• Participate in investigation of accidents, incidents, or unsafe actions and provide accurate reports.
• Engage in information security control processes to protect company information assets.
