Job summary

Samudera Indonesia seeks a dedicated SFI Procurement Staff to join our Jakarta branch. You will collect and verify procurement requirements, support document preparation, and help manage supplier databases.

This full-time role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and a fast-paced logistics environment. The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma (D3) with 3 years in procurement, demonstrates strong negotiation and analytical skills, and is proficient in English both written and spoken.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) with at least 3 years’ experience in procurement.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collect and verify procurement requirements (product/service specifications, quantities, and other needs).
• Assist in preparing procurement documents, reports, budgets, and evaluations.
• Maintain and update vendor/supplier databases.
• Support vendor selection, analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation.
• Assist in negotiations and contract preparation, including Service Level Agreements.
• Ensure vendors comply with established standards and guidelines.
