Job summary

A manufacturing company in Jakarta is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the entire procurement cycle, from sourcing to vendor selection and contract negotiation. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience, and is fluent in English. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and understanding of Indonesia's export-import regulations is a plus. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Understanding of Export-Import procedures & Indonesia Custom Regulations is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire procurement cycle from sourcing to contract negotiation.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and address discrepancies.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure timely material delivery.
• Oversee export-import process from shipping to receipt.
• Prepare and review export-import documents.
• Coordinate with forwarders on shipping documentation.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Prepare reports on procurement or export-import activities.
