Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to plan and drive operational enhancements in Jakarta. You will collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to roll out initiatives that boost productivity and customer satisfaction.

The role requires mapping business processes, analyzing data with Excel, and delivering improvement plans while meeting SLAs and PKIs under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or assistant manager in relevant business experience.
• Able to map business processes in detail.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute operational process improvements that significantly boost productivity and utilization.
• Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to identify and roll out Continuous Improvement initiatives that drive results.
• Analyze operational data to uncover improvement opportunities and create improvement plan.
• Assist in project implementation, ensuring adherence to SLAs/PKIs and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
