Job summary

Hop Lun Group is seeking an experienced IE Manager for our Indonesia operations. You will lead the IE, Mechanic, and Technical teams to optimize productivity of manpower, machines and space, and to direct engineering efforts to improve existing product lines.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in garment IE, a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, strong leadership, and data visualization skills, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• Experience in garment industry is required (minimum 5 years).
• Bachelor’s degree from Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent English spoken and written; local language ability is a must.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills and data presentation ability.
• Good problem solving and synthesis capability.

Responsibilities

• Understand and contribute to the Plant’s Business Plan and Annual Operating Plan in Research & Improvement.
• Oversee key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
• Design the overall Plant layout and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop tools and processes for efficient material transportation within the Plant to reduce time loss.
• Share improvements across Plants in the Group and monitor project status.
