Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist roles, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, attendance management, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with shift-based operations, manpower agencies, overtime administration, and workforce planning.
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience using HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment and onboarding for warehouse staff, including kitting operators, dedicated delivery drivers, and other operational personnel.
• Support manpower planning, workforce ramp-up, replacement recruitment, and coordination with third‑party manpower agencies.
• Manage employee documentation, shift rosters, attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll data, including overtime and shift allowance coordination.
• Maintain employee information in the HR system (HRIS) and ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
• Maintain staff training records and coordinate mandatory safety, security, and compliance training.
• Serve as the main HR contact for warehouse employees, addressing daily HR inquiries, employee relations matters, and workplace concerns.
• Organize employee engagement activities and support the Site Manager in maintaining a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
• Monitor workforce compliance, including working hours, overtime, employment documentation, and agency manpower arrangements.
• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount, attendance, overtime, employee turnover, and recruitment status for the Site Manager and regional HR team.
