Job summary

PT ENVIROMATE TECHNOLOGY INTERNATIONAL is seeking a Logistics Coordinator based in Saumlaki, Maluku. You will receive and inspect project cargo at the port, verify quantities and documents, coordinate with port authorities, freight forwarders and transporters, and monitor loading and delivery to the project site.

The role requires a D3/S1 in Engineering and at least 3 years in logistics, strong leadership and problem solving, and readiness for field work with flexible hours and MCU.

Qualifications

• D3 or S1 in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Logistics Management or related).
• Minimum 3 years in logistics, construction logistics, cargo handling, or transportation coordination.
• Experience coordinating with port authorities, freight forwarders, transporters, and project site teams.
• Strong knowledge of port receiving, inventory management, and logistics documentation.
• Proficient in MS Excel or logistics/inventory tracking software.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be based in Saumlaki, Maluku; flexible/field working hours; MCU; join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect project cargo at the port against documents, packing lists and delivery instructions.
• Verify quantities, cargo descriptions, dimensions and conditions; record damages before release for delivery.
• Coordinate with port authorities, freight forwarders and transporters for customs clearance and cargo readiness.
• Arrange and coordinate transportation modes from port to project site based on construction priority.
• Monitor loading, transportation and unloading to ensure safe, efficient and timely delivery.
• Report issues, damage, shortages, discrepancies or delays to Logistics Supervisor.
• Maintain logistics logs/spreadsheets and supporting documents.
• Follow up on outstanding cargo and documentation discrepancies until resolved.
