Job summary

EASYSPEED GLOBAL FORWARDING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Operations Specialist to join its newly formed Customer Service Centre.

You will handle day-to-day tasks for non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean), ensure accurate data in the Cargowise system, and provide proactive support to overseas agents and internal teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and clear English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• 1–2 years in freight forwarding operations, with Sea Freight experience.
• Proficiency with Cargowise is a strong advantage and a requirement.
• Good understanding of air and ocean freight documentation and processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Strong problem solving and proactive work approach.
• Good English communication (written & spoken).
• Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end monitoring for non-EasySpeed office shipments (Air and Ocean).
• Enter shipment data into Cargowise accurately and timely.
• Proactively track and trace shipments, escalate delays to supervisor.
• Serve as a reliable contact for customers and agents, with timely communication.
• Support overseas agents' performance with necessary data and updates.
• Collaborate with Air Operations, Ocean Operations, and Key Account teams.
