• Minimum S1 education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering
• 1-3 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of inventory management and distribution processes
• Experience using ERP, SAP, or WMS is an advantage
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work with deadlines

Responsabilidades

• Arrange and coordinate delivery of goods from warehouse to distributors/customers on time
• Ensure stock availability in warehouse according to distribution needs
• Monitor inventory and ensure accuracy of stock data
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transporter teams for smooth distribution processes
• Control and monitor delivery lead time to meet company targets
• Manage and check logistics documents including Delivery Order (DO), Surat Jalan, and delivery reports
• Create logistics and inventory reports periodically
• Identify and resolve obstacles in delivery or distribution processes
• Help improve efficiency of logistics and distribution operations

Logistics Staff responsible for arranging and coordinating the delivery of goods from warehouse to distributors/customers in a timely manner, ensuring stock availability, monitoring inventory accuracy, and managing logistics documentation and processes.

Key responsibilities

Arrange and coordinate delivery of goods from warehouse to distributors/customers on time

Ensure stock availability in warehouse according to distribution needs

Monitor inventory and ensure accuracy of stock data

Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and transporter teams for smooth distribution processes

Control and monitor delivery lead time to meet company targets

About you
