Job summary

PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Logistics Delivery Specialist to join our warehousing, storage and distribution team in East Jakarta, Jakarta. This role focuses on coordinating, planning and executing delivery operations that support our business objectives and uphold reliable service.

You will coordinate routes, liaise with drivers and customers, monitor performance, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination or warehouse operations.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and ability to manage delivery records accurately.
• Knowledge of local Jakarta road networks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

About the role

PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Logistics Delivery Specialist to join our dynamic warehousing, storage and distribution team. This is a full-time position based in East Jakarta, Jakarta, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement and delivery of our products to customers. As a Logistics Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning and executing delivery operations that support our business objectives and maintain our reputation for reliable service.

What you'll be doing

Coordinating and planning delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective distribution of goods

Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff and customers to confirm delivery schedules and requirements

Monitoring delivery performance metrics and identifying opportunities for operational improvements

Preparing and processing delivery documentation, including manifests, bills of lading and delivery confirmations

Tracking shipments in real time and providing customers with accurate delivery updates

Managing delivery exceptions and resolving issues such as delays, damaged goods or delivery disputes

Maintaining accurate records of all deliveries and storage activities within warehouse management systems

Collaborating with the procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels and efficient warehouse operations

Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations in all delivery operations

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimise delivery processes and reduce operational costs

What we're looking for

Proven experience in logistics, delivery coordination or warehouse operations, preferably within the manufacturing or heavy equipment sector

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deliveries and priorities simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with drivers, customers and internal teams

Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software platforms

Knowledge of route optimisation principles and delivery logistics best practices

Attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation and managing delivery records

Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving delivery challenges

Valid driving licence and familiarity with local Jakarta road networks (preferred)

Fluency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous
