Job summary

PT. GOLIVE MEDIA TECHNOLOGY in Jakarta is seeking a proactive live streaming operations lead to manage event planning and host coordination for TikTok sessions.

You will oversee, monitor, and support hosts during streams, ensure materials and products are ready, and keep the session engaging while expanding the storefront. Daily data analysis to identify issues and propose improvements, plus collaboration with brands and internal teams; English proficiency is required and you should be able to

• Experience in live streaming is preferred.
• Experience in team leadership is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with hosts, brands and internal teams.
• High responsibility and ability to work in a high-intensity environment.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Able to join as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Manage event planning and operational data for live streaming on TikTok, understand platform rules, and effectively leverage TikTok platform events to boost GMV in live streaming.
• Oversee, monitor, and inspect host activities during live streaming, assist hosts in maintaining a vibrant atmosphere, ensure the availability of necessary materials and products, and control the live streaming process to keep the session engaging.
• Analyze daily live streaming data, identify issues, and propose improvements, including those related to scripts, live streaming room rights, live streaming data, product delivery, and other related tasks.
• Support hosts in promoting live streaming sessions and managing the addition or removal of products in the storefront.

Job description

1. Manage event planning and operational data for live streaming on TikTok, understand platform rules, and effectively leverage TikTok platform events to boost GMV in live streaming.

2. Oversee, monitor, and inspect host activities during live streaming, assist hosts in maintaining a vibrant atmosphere, ensure the availability of necessary materials and products, and control the live streaming process to keep the session engaging.

3. Analyze daily live streaming data, identify issues, and propose improvements, including those related to scripts, live streaming room rights, live streaming data, product delivery, and other related tasks.

4. Support hosts in promoting live streaming sessions and managing the addition or removal of products in the storefront.
