Job summary

Vidio is seeking a Host Live Operations Coordinator to manage daily live streaming schedules and briefing for hosts. You will monitor performance metrics, recap monthly payments, and coordinate back-up hosts for on-air events.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in related fields, strong communication, and willingness to work flexible hours. Familiarity with TikTok Shop/Shopee Live and live dashboard analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

Proficient with Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
Demonstrates initiative and is responsive.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience is a plus; hosting live streams is a bonus.
Familiar with live commerce platforms and live dashboard analytics.
Attention to detail and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Training & Casting Host Live streaming.
Creating a daily Host Schedule.
Monitoring and giving detailed briefs to the host before and during the live.
Recap all host payment details per month .
Evaluating host performance based on live metrics, engagement, and sales conversion targets.
Managing back-up hosts and handling urgent scheduling changes or on-air troubleshooting.
