Job summary

PT Samora Usaha Makmur (SAMORA Group) seeks an experienced Litigation Staff to join our legal team at the head office in Central Jakarta. The role requires strong ADR knowledge and English fluency, plus a PERADI advocate certification and a law degree.

You will review and negotiate company contracts, assist in legal proceedings, and prepare legal documents for courts, police, and prosecutors. Based at our Menara Thamrin office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
• PERADI advocate certification (PKPA completed; bar admission not required).
• 4–5 years of experience as a Litigation Staff at a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Good understanding of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution).
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate company agreements and contracts.
• Handle and provide legal assistance in legal proceedings, including police, government agencies, PHI, and general courts.
• Draft and review legal documents for submission to courts, police, and public prosecutors (notices, statements of claim, opinions, etc.).
• Provide legal assistance and represent the Company in various legal proceedings.
