Responsibilities

• Field service support for Esco products.
• Handle all breakdown calls with prompt response.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and manage expectations.
• Monitor repairs and maintenance for operational efficiency.
• Decide when to escalate customer concerns to resolve issues.
• Publish and maintain service documentation in a Binder for field use.
• Maintain online service documentation on distributor intranet.
• Perform troubleshooting, commissioning, and certification of units.
• Build strong relationships with customer contacts.
