Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group is seeking a Customer Service Inside Sales professional based in Indonesia. You will coordinate with the sales team, manage order documents, track deliveries, and ensure timely shipment while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related fields, with strong English skills. Mandarin is a plus; experience with paperwork and customer satisfaction is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field required (Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).
• Good in spoken and written English is a must; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience handling paperwork and achieving customer satisfaction preferred.
• Good attitude and responsible; understanding of production and marketing processes and sales analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales to manage documents from field sales.
• Track incoming sales and delivered units; monitor order status.
• Review Order Confirmations and update customers on details and scheduling.
• Liaise with Production to ensure timely delivery and pass documents to Accounts.

Skills
