Job summary

Manulife/John Hancock is seeking a Product Implementation Manager to drive end-to-end life insurance product implementation from concept through launch readiness. You will work across product, IT, operations, actuarial, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities include requirement analysis, documentation, UAT coordination, and post-launch enhancement activities, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in life insurance, product development or related functions.
• Strong understanding of product implementation life cycle and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product implementation activities for new and enhanced products to ensure timely delivery.
• Review and coordinate product specs, business requirements, and implementation docs for clarity.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and planning to support project delivery.
• Coordinate UAT with business users and technology teams to ensure readiness.
• Assist with customer-facing docs and operational requirements for launches.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Support launch readiness, training, and post-launch enhancements as needed.
