Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in life insurance product development, management, implementation or related functions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product implementation activities for new products and enhancements to ensure timely delivery.
• Review product specifications, business requirements, and implementation docs for clarity and alignment.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and planning to support successful project delivery.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business users and technology teams and ensure readiness.
• Prepare customer-facing documentation and launch materials for product launches.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Support launch readiness activities and post-launch enhancements to meet business needs.
