Job summary

PT JIC INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS INDONESIA is seeking a PPJK/Customs Clearance Specialist to manage import and export customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with regulations. You will prepare and review documentation, classify goods by HS codes, and coordinate with customs and agencies.

The role requires 2–4 years of PPJK experience, a valid PPJK license, and strong communication skills; English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in PPJK / Customs Clearance.
• Must have a valid PPJK license.
• Good understanding of Indonesian customs procedures.
• Familiar with CEISA, PIB, PEB, and HS Code.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Can speak and read in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle import & export customs clearance processes.
• Prepare and check customs documentation.
• Handle PIB, PEB, HS Code classification, and related procedures.
• Coordinate with Customs, government agencies, surveyors, and related parties.
• Monitor shipment and customs clearance status.
• Ensure all customs processes comply with applicable regulations.
• Support daily PPJK and logistics operations.
