PT SAYLIFE NUTRISI INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Customs Clearance Lead to manage import/export clearance processes, ensure documentation completeness, licensing, and timely execution to minimize additional costs.

The role requires handling licensing with INSW, INTRADE, BPOM, and CEISA 4.0, overseeing HS code accuracy, and guiding a team to resolve clearance obstacles while coordinating with overseas agents.

Strong leadership and English communication are essential, with a yearly contract.

Formación

• Minimum 3–5 years in International Freight Forwarding/PPJK
• Must have active Customs Expert Certificate (PPJK)
• Proficient in CEISA 4.0, PIB/PEB, HS Code (BTKI) and latest customs regulations
• Ability to manage import licensing process and handle major ports/airports
• Strong leadership and English communication for overseas coordination

Responsabilidades

• Handle customs obstacles, including Notul, Red Lane inspections, and CEISA 4.0 system issues
• Ensure accuracy of HS Code, goods classification, and compliance with customs regulations
• Oversee clearance processes to minimize demurrage, storage, and unexpected costs
• Coordinate with Customs, clients, internal teams, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipping

This position is responsible for leading the import and export customs clearance process, ensuring document completeness and licensing, and optimizing clearance time to minimize additional costs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in handling import customs documents, including PIB, and ensure the clearance process runs on time
• Manage cross-agency licensing such as INSW, INTRADE, BPOM, Quarantine, and related ministries
• Handle customs obstacles, including Notul, physical inspection Red Lane, and CEISA 4.0 system issues
• Ensure accuracy of HS Code, goods classification, and compliance with customs regulations
• Oversee the clearance process to minimize demurrage, storage, and unexpected costs
• Coordinate with Customs, clients, internal teams, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipping process

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Logistics, Sea Transportation, or Commercial Administration
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in International Freight Forwarding/PPJK, with minimum 1-2 years as Team Leader or Senior Customs Clearance Staff
• Must have an active Customs Expert Certificate (PPJK)
• Proficient in CEISA 4.0, PIB/PEB, HS Code (BTKI), and latest customs regulations
• Understanding of import licensing process and experience handling Tanjung Priok Customs and Soekarno-Hatta Airport
• Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with capacity to work under tight deadlines
• Active communication skills in English for coordination with overseas agents
• Yearly contract status
