Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi is seeking an experienced RM Funding Team Lead to expand our lender network and support our dynamic team. You will guide the team in handling lender inquiries, overseeing account creation and optimization, and driving performance to achieve revenue goals.

You will also provide regular feedback, training, and weekly reports to boost productivity and growth, while assisting in selecting and onboarding new RM Funding members for our expanding operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required.
• 3+ years in Peer-to-Peer or Banking with at least 1 year in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, selling, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new potential lenders through team-driven strategies and personal networks.
• Supervise and support the team in assisting lender-related inquiries and needs (account creation, management, and optimization).
• Monitor, analyze, and drive team performance to meet revenue targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Provide regular reports, feedback, and training to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
• Support recruitment efforts by identifying, recommending, and assisting in the selection of new RM Funding team members.
