• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably within a large commercial law firm or an in-house legal team.
• Substantial experience across a wide range of commercial practice areas, including contract law, M&A, corporate structuring, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to provide pragmatic, high-quality, commercially-focused legal advice to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work autonomously and in teams, and to supervise and coach junior professionals.
• Experienced in handling legal matters in a mining contractors company.

What we're looking for

5+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably gained within a large commercial law firm or an in-house legal team
