Job summary

GSM | XanhSM Co.,LTD in Jakarta is seeking an experienced legal professional to manage the company’s litigation, disputes, and court proceedings. You will coordinate with external counsel, government authorities, and stakeholders to safeguard the company’s interests.

You will draft, review, and manage pleadings and legal correspondence, provide dispute-resolution guidance, and monitor cases with rigorous documentation and reporting to ensure prudent risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (S.H.).
• At least 4 years in litigation, dispute resolution, or legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Experience handling court proceedings, disputes, and regulatory matters.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
