Job summary

GreenSM Indonesia seeks an experienced Litigation Counsel to lead the company’s legal disputes in Indonesia, with a focus on court proceedings and dispute resolution. You will manage litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel and regulators from its Jakarta base.

The role requires strong drafting and negotiation skills, deep knowledge of Indonesian law, and the ability to coordinate with regulators and stakeholders. Jakarta-based, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law (S.H.) required.
• Minimum 4 years of litigation or legal practice experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and procedures.
• Experience handling court proceedings and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases, legal disputes, and court proceedings involving the company.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and legal correspondence.
