Job summary

PT CIPUTRA NUSANTARA (CIPUTRA GROUP) is seeking a diligent Legal Permitting Officer to manage project licensing and permit processes in Manado. The role requires handling document completion, approvals, and renewals, with coordination across government bodies and external partners.

The candidate should ensure accurate reporting and support related legal tasks. Minimum one year in legal or permit roles, a law degree, and strong Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Legal, Permit, or related roles.
• Good understanding of property/project licensing and permitting processes.
• Familiar with coordinating with government institutions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to be based in Manado, North Sulawesi.

• Manage and monitor project licensing and permitting processes.
