Pengiklan Anonim seeks a seasoned Legal professional to support corporate legal matters, litigation, licensing, and land certification across development projects in Indonesia. You will review agreements, provide opinions, manage licenses, and coordinate with notaries and government authorities.
The role requires 3–5 years’ experience in property, real estate, or developer companies, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
We are looking for a Legal professional with strong experience in Corporate Legal, Litigation, Licensing, and Land Certification to support the company’s business and property development activities.
The role will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, managing legal risks, handling disputes, and overseeing the licensing and certification processes required for the company and its projects.
Review, draft, and provide legal advice on agreements, contracts, MoUs, and other corporate legal documents.
Provide legal opinions and recommendations to support business decisions and mitigate legal risks.
Manage corporate legal documents, including corporate licenses, deeds, and other legal documentation.
Ensure business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Coordinate with Notaries, Legal Consultants, and other external parties.
Handle and monitor litigation and non-litigation matters involving the company.
Prepare legal analysis, chronology, supporting documents, and evidence for dispute resolution.
Coordinate with external lawyers in handling legal cases.
Monitor the progress of legal cases and provide updates and recommendations to Management.
Support negotiation and mediation processes to resolve legal disputes.
Manage and monitor company and project licensing processes from submission through approval and renewal.
Coordinate with government authorities and relevant stakeholders to obtain project-related permits.
Monitor the status and validity of permits and identify potential legal risks or delays.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of company and project licenses.
Support the project team in resolving licensing issues that may affect project development.
Manage the legal aspects of company land and property assets.
Conduct legal reviews and due diligence of land documents and ownership status.
Handle land certification processes, including HGB, SHM, subdivision, merger, extension, change of rights, roya, and other land-related processes.
Coordinate with BPN, Notary/PPAT, government authorities, landowners, and other relevant parties.
Monitor the progress of land certification and ensure all legal documents are properly maintained.
Support land acquisition and property development activities from the legal perspective.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.) from a reputable university.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Legal, preferably within property, real estate, construction, or developer companies.
Strong experience in Corporate Legal, Litigation, Licensing/Perizinan, and Land Certification/Pertanahan.
Familiar with property-related permits and land regulations.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, particularly corporate, property, land, and licensing regulations.
Experienced in dealing with BPN, Notary/PPAT, government institutions, external lawyers, and other stakeholders.
Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple legal matters, and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal documentation.
Experience handling legal matters for property development projects.
Experience in land acquisition, HGB management, and land certification.
Experience handling litigation and dispute resolution.
Good understanding of OSS and property/project-related licensing processes.
Professional certification or advocate experience is an advantage.
