The candidate should ensure accurate reporting and support related legal tasks. Minimum one year in legal or permit roles, a law degree, and strong Excel skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Legal, Permit, or related roles.
• Good understanding of property/project licensing and permitting processes.
• Familiar with coordinating with government institutions.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Willing to be based in Manado, North Sulawesi.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor project licensing and permitting processes.
• Ensure all required legal and permit documents are complete and properly maintained.
• Follow up on permits and approvals until completion.
• Coordinate with relevant government institutions and external parties.
• Monitor permit validity and renewal requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on licensing and permit status.
• Support other legal and permit-related activities as required.
