Job summary

PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to provide legal advice spanning factory renovation engineering, production, trading, logistics, labor, safety, and environmental compliance.

You will ensure complete legal documentation and permits, document and securely store records, and compile data for cases to strengthen the company's legal position. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• At least 1 year of legal or government relations experience.
• Experience in legal manufacturing.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice on factory renovation engineering, production, trading and logistics, labor and employment, safety and environment.
• Ensure completeness of legal documents and permits.
• Document and securely store all legal documents.

Provide legal advice to the company regarding legal matters in the factory in aspects of factory renovation engineering, production, trading and logistics, labor and employment, compliance in work safety, environment

Ensure the completeness of legal documentation and any permits

Documenting and keeping all legal documents securely and in order.

Collect and process data or information needed for a case so that comprehensive data can be obtained which can strengthen the company's legal position on the case

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Law

Minimum 1 years experience in legal or government relations

Experienced in legal manufacturing

English is a must (both oral and written)
