Job summary

Beautyhaul is seeking a Legal Officer to manage corporate legal documents, contracts, POA and LOA drafting, and distributor agreements.

You will support regulatory compliance, assist in reporting counterfeit products, and handle BPOM licensing tasks. A Law degree with strong GPA and attention to detail is required for a full-time, on-site role in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law with GPA ≥ 3.3.
• WFO (full-time, in-office) required.
• Interest in the beauty care/beauty products industry.
• Fast learner with adaptability and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal documentation, including agreements, letters, POA, LOA, and corporate documents.
• Draft and prepare Power of Attorney (POA) documents.
• Draft and prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) for distributors.
• Assist in reporting counterfeit/illegal products.
• Handle administrative tasks related to BPOM licensing and permits.
• Review agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

• Manage legal documentation, including agreements, letters, Power of Attorney (POA), Letter of Appointment (LOA), and corporate legal documents.
• Draft and prepare Power of Attorney (POA) documents.
• Draft and prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) for distributors.
• Assist in reporting counterfeit/illegal products.
• Handle administrative tasks related to BPOM licensing and permits.
• Review agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Law (Business Law/Civil Law).
• Minimum GPA of 3.3.
• Full Work from Office (WFO).
• Knowledge or interest in the beauty care/beauty products industry.
• Fast learner with strong adaptability.
• Proactive and initiative-driven.
