Job summary

Beautyhaul Indonesia is seeking a Retail Operations Lead to oversee daily store operations and develop strategic initiatives to enhance retail performance across multiple locations.

You will ensure an optimal shopping experience, improve efficiency, train the retail team, and coordinate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to deliver consistent customer service. Willingness to travel to different store locations when needed is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize operational efficiency.
• Proven experience in team management with excellent leadership abilities.
• Solid understanding of merchandising, inventory management, and sales strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.
• Willingness to travel to different store locations when needed.
