Job summary

You will post jobs on social media, participate in job fairs, and maintain precise hiring records. A Bachelor's in HR and 2+ years of related experience are preferred for this full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely manner
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
• Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks, providing feedback to applicants
• Develop job postings and manage job boards in all our social media
• Participate in recruitment-related events, such as job fairs, to promote the company
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of hiring processes

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably experienced on handling various position.
• Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
