Job summary

BeautyHaul, one of Indonesia's fastest-growing beauty companies, seeks a Corporate Legal Counsel to support contracts, compliance, and regulatory matters across the business.

Based in Jakarta and working from the office (5 days a week), you will draft and negotiate agreements, handle licenses and product registrations, and ensure BPOM, BKPM, and data privacy compliance while safeguarding brand assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law required.
• Minimum 2 years corporate legal/compliance experience.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian regulations (BPOM, BKPM, Data Privacy, IP).
• Willing to Work From Office (5 days in Kembangan, Jakarta Barat).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external parties.
• Support corporate secretary processes.
• Handle business licenses and product registrations.
• Obtain overseas product notification permits and prepare supporting documents (LOA, CoFS).
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations (BPOM, BKPM OSS-RBA, Data Privacy, etc.).
• Manage trademark registration, renewal, and enforcement to protect brand assets.
• Conduct legal research and/or provide legal opinions.
• Maintain and archive company legal documents.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with external parties.

Support corporate secretary processes.

Handle business licenses and product registrations.

Obtain overseas product notification permits and prepare supporting documents (LOA, Certificate of Free Sale).

Ensure compliance with laws and regulations (BPOM, BKPM OSS-RBA, Data Privacy, etc.).

Manage trademark registration, renewal, and enforcement to protect brand assets.

Conduct legal research and/or provide legal opinions.

Maintain and archive company legal documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Law, 2+ years experience in corporate legal/compliance.

Solid knowledge of Indonesian Regulations (BPOM, BKPM, Data Privacy, IP)

Detail-oriented & proactive.

Willing to Work From Office (5 days on Kembangan, Jakarta Barat).
