Job summary

Somethinc - BeautyHaul is seeking a diligent legal professional to manage and draft corporate documents, POA, LOA, and distributor agreements, ensuring BPOM licensing compliance. You will review contracts and monitor regulatory standards, contributing to a fast-growing beauty platform.

As a full-time in-office role, you should hold a Law degree with GPA 3.3+, be a fast learner, proactive, and ready to collaborate in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Business/Civil Law)
• Minimum GPA of 3.3
• Full Work from Office (WFO)
• Knowledge or interest in the beauty care/beauty products industry
• Fast learner with strong adaptability
• Proactive and initiative-driven.

Responsibilities

• Manage legal documentation, including agreements, letters, POA, LOA, and corporate legal documents
• Draft and prepare Power of Attorney (POA) documents
• Draft and prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) for distributors
• Assist in reporting counterfeit/illegal products
• Handle administrative tasks related to BPOM licensing and permits
• Review agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards

• Manage legal documentation, including agreements, letters, Power of Attorney (POA), Letter of Appointment (LOA), and corporate legal documents.
• Draft and prepare Power of Attorney (POA) documents.
• Draft and prepare Letter of Appointment (LOA) for distributors.
• Assist in reporting counterfeit/illegal products.
