Job summary

PT Sompo Insurance Indonesia is seeking a seasoned corporate lawyer to provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and insurance matters, and to review and negotiate key contracts.

The role requires strong drafting, risk assessment, and stakeholder management, with knowledge of Indonesian laws and insurance industry experience considered an advantage.

The successful candidate will handle independent assignments, coordinate with external counsel, and aim to protect the company's interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate legal, law firm, financial services, insurance, or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, legal review, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian corporate and commercial laws; insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments within timelines.
• Advocate license (PERADI) preferred but not mandatory.
