Job summary

Shipper is seeking a Corporate Legal professional in Jakarta to draft, review, and revise MOUs, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other corporate documents. You will provide legal support to internal teams, conduct regulatory research, and ensure compliance in a fast-growing logistics environment.

With strong bilingual English-Indonesian skills and a detail-oriented, independent work style, you will maintain the legal data room and coordinate with partners across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law (GPA 3.25+).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Legal; logistics/retail preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience welcome.
• Strong command of Indonesian and English.
• Analytical, communicative, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, capable of working independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including MOUs, partnership agreements, NDAs, and other corporate agreements.
• Provide legal support to internal departments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and identify potential risks in agreements.
• Coordinate with business partners and internal stakeholders on legal matters.
• Maintain and organize legal documents and data room.
• Translate legal documents and corporate correspondence between Indonesian and English.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies.
