Job summary

Path Finder Investment is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Officer to support our Legal Operations at the Head Office. You will review, draft, and negotiate vendor and partner agreements to safeguard the company’s interests and ensure compliance.

You will coordinate corporate legal matters, including establishment/closure, and identify risks with recommendations to mitigate them. Strong Bahasa Indonesia and English skills, plus collaborative teamwork, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.
• 1–3 years of relevant legal experience (internships acceptable).
• Experience drafting legal documents and agreements in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and corporate matters.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; able to work independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements with vendors and business partners to ensure appropriate terms, protect the company's interests, and maintain legal compliance.

Coordinate corporate legal matters, including company establishment, closure, and other corporate actions, in collaboration with notaries and relevant stakeholders.

Identify potential legal risks in business activities and agreements, and provide recommendations to mitigate risks and protect the company's interests.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, notaries, external legal counsel, and other relevant parties to ensure the timely execution of legal matters.

Support legal projects, process improvements, and other departmental initiatives as assigned by management.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university.

Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in a legal role; candidates with prior legal internship experience are also welcome.

Experience in drafting legal documents and agreements in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Strong understanding of legal principles, procedures, and corporate legal matters.

Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
