Job summary

PT Moda Global Maritim seeks a seasoned Corporate Legal Lead to steer daily legal activities, including contract drafting, review, and negotiations, as well as compliance and risk management. The role oversees insurance matters, coordinates with external counsel, and guides the legal team to ensure robust governance and proactive risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate holds a Law degree with 5–7 years in corporate law, and possesses strong English skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law (S1) from a reputable university.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Corporate Legal.
• Experience in leading a Legal team is required.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, review, negotiation, compliance, and legal risk management.
• Experience in insurance and claims handling is an advantage.
• Experience in shipping/maritime or technology industry is a plus.
• PERADI/Advocate License is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal; Mandarin is a plus.
