Job summary

Nuanu Real Estate in Bali is seeking a tenant/lease specialist to drive commercial leasing for Nuanu's Sutala Market project. You will engage F&B and lifestyle operators, lead site visits, and negotiate leases.

The role requires 2+ years in commercial leasing or related field, fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, strong organization, CRM experience, and on-site presence at Nuanu in Tabanan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial/retail leasing, F&B business development or property sales.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, spoken and written.
• Organised, quick to follow up, comfortable with CRM tools.
• Able to work on site at Nuanu, Tabanan.

Responsibilities

• Respond to new tenant leads quickly and qualify them (concept, size, technical needs, opening date).
• Approach F&B and lifestyle operators in Bali, Jakarta and the region.
• Lead site visits and coordinate technical checks with the project team.
• Prepare proposals and explain all terms clearly, including service charge and promotion levy.
• Negotiate within approved terms and guide tenants to a signed LOO and lease agreement.
• Collect tenant documents and hand signed tenants over to operations.
• Keep all deals updated in the CRM and send daily and weekly reports.
