Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Good negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven track record of successful lease agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with Mall industry environment in Karawang region or surrounding area, and knowledge of relevant regulations and trends
• Proficient in using real estate-related software and tools for property management, lease tracking, and reporting
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work on-site and occasionally on weekends, depending on mall activities

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Leasing Mall professional to join our team at PT Bukit Muria Jaya Estate in Karawang, West Java (RESINDA PARK MALL). As a Leasing Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the leasing of our Mall. This position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and maintain the occupancy rates of our commercial properties by securing new tenants and renewing existing leases
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure the best outcomes for the company and our tenants
• Liaise with current and prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategic leasing plans
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our commercial properties
