Job summary

Resinda Park Mall, Karawang, West Java, seeks a dedicated Leasing Executive to manage and optimize mall leasing. You will secure new tenants, renew existing leases, and collaborate with property management to ensure smooth operations.

You will negotiate terms, analyze market trends, and provide data-driven insights to drive occupancy and revenue while maintaining excellent relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position.
• Good negotiation and contract management skills, with a proven track record of successful lease agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with Mall industry environment in Karawang region or surrounding area, and knowledge of relevant regulations and trends
• Proficient in using real estate-related software and tools for property management, lease tracking, and reporting
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Willing to work on-site and occasionally on weekends, depending on mall activities

• Proactively manage occupancy by securing new tenants and renewing leases
