Job summary

Resinda, Jakarta/Karawang-based property developer, seeks a Leasing Executive to proactively manage occupancy across our commercial properties, secure new tenants and renew existing leases.

The role requires at least two years in leasing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and familiarity with mall environments in Karawang. On-site work is expected, with occasional weekend hours during mall activities. Real estate software proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Executive role based in our Jakarta or Karawang office, with responsibility as follows :

• Proactively manage and maintain the occupancy rates of our commercial properties by securing new tenants and renewing existing leases
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions to ensure the best outcomes for the company and our tenants
• Liaise with current and prospective tenants to understand their needs and preferences, and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategic leasing plans
• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our commercial properties
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate the performance and status of the leasing portfolio
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market conditions, and best practices to enhance the company's leasing strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position
• Proficiency in Lease Negotiations with the ability to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Hands-on experience in Lease Administration and managing Leases throughout their life cycle.
• Proficient in using real estate-related software and tools for property management, lease tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Mall industry environment in Karawang region and knowledge of relevant regulations and trends.
• Willing to work on-site and occasionally on weekends, depending on mall activities.
